That quote is so real its almost impossible to express in words. That’s what I live by. Its all about preparation and not just finding opportunities but CREATING them. A lot of so called “go getters” just want success. They want the money, the fame, the glitz, the glamour, and the trappings of success. But 70% of people don’t wanna put in the work it takes to get to true success. Another 20% don’t know what it takes. Once you get past these two things its all about believing in yourself.
And when I say believing in yourself I mean really believing in yourself. Because at the end of the day theres nobody that can get yourself out there better then you. I remember when I was growing up and I heard those cliché things like the sky is the limit, or you can be whatever you want as long as you believe in yourself. And, at a certain point in life we become programmed to the ideal that those ideals are bullshit. And, that the reality of it all is that when the shit hits the fan those ideals just aren’t true and in life we should just do the best with the circumstances life deals us.
At a certain point in my life I became programmed to the fact that settling for what life deals is bullshit. I’m not about hoping opportunities come my way. I’m about creating them. Let that soak in for a second. See the belief we have in ourselves and that opportunities that we create are synonymous with each other , And when you have that strong belief in yourself, what you do, and what you represent then no person or circumstance can stop you from finding and creating opportunities…period.
